Many thanks for your hard work over the past weeks to deliver an excellent programme. I found it really thought provoking and catalytic in helping form ideas about how we should develop our business. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for your input over the four days. When I was first asked
whether I wanted to attend this I was not too sure that it would be of any great help - we have spent a lot of time looking at our proposition, segmenting the client bank, reviewing our processes etc. However, I am glad that I did not allow my uncertainty to get the better of me as whilst there was much that reinforced what we have already done there were other aspects that have made me think subtly differently and that will prove very helpful as we lead our advisers into this new world.
