In such a challenging market it is important for Providers to have a real first hand perspective on what life is like for their Business Partners / Clients and adapt their propositions accordingly.

This can take many forms:

  • help the key stakeholders critique and review their overall strategy and set out plans for change
  • work with Account Management teams on their Consultancy skills to build stronger relationships with their clients
  • undertake / oversee certain change management projects within the business on a contract basis
  • performance management / coaching / workshops or talks with individuals or groups internally
