  • what constrains them from being as productive as they could be? This uses a Business Simulation exercise that illustrates a whole host of real life issues they will recognise and the remainder of the course helps them to resolve
  • what are their actual personal goals therefore what their business goals need to be?
  • what is their target market and what is that these clients value and how does that compare with what they offer and promote?
  • what is their investment philosophy and belief and how do they deliver and articulate this?
  • how to price profitably and compliantly that rewards for the value added as an advisor?
  • where and how to use platforms in delivering an effective client service proposition?
  • pulling these things together to design their Client Proposition and then articulate it?
  • how do they sell this approach to existing clients as well as new ones compliantly and document the results efficiently and effectively?
  • how do they then segment and manage a transition whilst protecting and growing cash-flow and profitability?
